Prescription & Refills
To request a prescription refill, please contact our office at 517-796-3007 during our business hours. We kindly ask that you do not call, text, email, or message the clinicians at Elevate Aesthetics regarding refills, as these requests cannot be processed through personal communication channels.

While we strive to process all prescription refill requests as promptly as possible, some prescriptions may require additional time due to inventory, demand, and supplier availability and may take up to 10 business days to fulfill. We recommend planning ahead and requesting refills before your medication runs out to avoid interruptions in your treatment.
Please note that prescription refills will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or outside of regular business hours.
